it didnt say any deadlines in those pics. Just said that your character will reactivate after make the payment.

コンピニエンスストア is convenience store (like 7-11). :)
It also says that the bill (which is mailed to you) can be paid out at any convenience store. Once the payment has been confirmed the playonline membership can be reactivated. Please allow so time for confirmation of payment.
