Hm, Registration Key Denied?

Hello, :)
About a year ago, I quit FFXI Online. I now wish to rejoin, however, when I want to purchase a Content ID, and it asks me for my FFXI Registration Key, it denies it when I submit it.:( Why is this? If there is any detials I missed out, jsut tell me and Ill post them.

Ive tried all upper-case and all lower case. I keep getting the error UCS-4001. :(

hmm... Perhaps SE reprinted your CD key so someone else is using it now. I'd suggest sending an email to the support people o.o The worst that can happen is them telling you to buy a new copy.

You have to use your old content ID. The Registration Key is tied to it.

Call SE Support to get the info back. I had to do it a few months ago, and they were really nice. Just remember your birthday. :)

I believe so, but don't quote me on that. I thought I deleted mine, but it was still there, so who knows.

Of course, my old char was still there too, which was kinda cool.

The lady, who was hard to understand, told me that my account was deleting and that I have to purchase a whole new ID! What? That doesnt sound right at all...:wasted:

The person I talked to was a very articulate American lady. Pretty easy to understand.

As I recall, if you leave your account inactive for a year or more, the registration keys become useless. Your best bet at this point (if you NA - using NA version) is to try and take advantage of the return to vanadiel campaign.

I tried the Vana Diel campaign. It asks for my registration Key. Which doesnt work.

I did speak to two different ladies, each of them were hard to understand. *sigh*
