Hey all. as you can see, its been a while *Looks a reg date*. Infact the last time i played was.. well.. back in the JP Days. Just recently i decided i wanna give FFXI a go again but i really dont want to let my account go, after all, i have still been paying for it all this time ;)

Either way, i have all my Game Codes, and my POL Login but i really cant remember my password, i remember back in the day when they generated one for me it was this hideous mix of CaPSlOckLeTTerS like that and numbers, i never changed it. So im wondering how i go about getting a password reset or something.

Baring in mind, ALL of my account setup was done through the JP Pol (importers ftw), is there any hope?

Just talked with the support about the very same problem you have.

And this is the answers I got:

SEL Agent Magdalena: We keep the details untill 3 month after unsubscribing, I am sorry.

SEL Agent Magdalena: I am sorry but this is not possible, registration code can be used only once. After your account has been delated - you are not abble to use it again. Sorry!


So it seems you need to buy a whole new package :/ I dunno though, some have said they called the support and got a new content ID just like that

Well, he hasn't cancelled his account (or at least that's what I gather from his "been paying for it all this time" comment)... So if you call PlayOnline they should be able to help you, whether it's a JP version or not. If not, then they'll at least know where you can call to get your password.


(Just to check, it's that you still have your account but just haven't logged into PlayOnline in such a long time that you forgot your password?)
