for ff11?
if you want to get ps2 for ff11, I suggest don't. The new slim ps2 doesn't support hard drive. you can't play ff11 on it don't get it. you need the older thicker version plus hard drive + FFXI which wil be a lot of trouble finding expansion for it too.
wait for xbox 360 or get the PC version.

You forgot to mention you'd need to buy the PS2 Ethernet adapter seperately to install the HDD. Yeah, it would be a lot of trouble.
