Another new player to Asura ^^

Hello everyone! Long time off-and-on FFXI player returning to the game after experiencing World of Warcraft. I wanted to come back to this game because I believe I can have a lot more fun in it than I did in the other MMORPGs. I bought my copy a few years ago when it was released in US on PC. This time around, I've got my girlfriend playing too :)

My character's name is Morabora, he's currently a level 3 WHM (Just started to get the hang of things last night) and he's Tarutaru.

What should I expect on this server? I'll eventually be leveling up WHM and BLM to 30 for each class and then possibly going DPS or Support jobs. (BLM, RDM, or Bard).

I'm always looking for new friends, are there any family-type Linkshells that would be willing to recruit and help out a new player?

Asura's a nice server with a F-up economy and a really nasty gil seller problem. However, the ppl are really, really nice. :)

I myself have changed server's like crazy, I found that Asura is the nicest but.. most expensive of all. but hey arent all servers getting expensive now a day's.
