world pass question???

i have 2 charactors and would like to know if i get a world pass do both of my charactors go to the new world or just the one player i get it for? any info would be great and btw i'm a noob to this forum so would like to say hello to everyone...

world passes are for creating NEW characters. you can't move existing characters with them.

I can't understand what you're saying, so I'll just throw out information and hope some of it answers your question. You buy a worldpass with an existing character and give the number to another person that wants to play on the same server as you. When that person creates a new character, in the last step they can enter the name of your server and the worldpass number to make sure their character is created on that server. Without this, the new character will get made on the same server as that player's other characters, or a random server if it's their first one.

If you already have two characters on the same server, you don't need a worldpass and couldn't use one anyway, since once the character is created you it's too late to use the pass. You can't transfer a character that already exists. Additional characters created on the same account will automatically be put on the same server as your first, so no worldpass is needed. If you bought a second copy of the game with a second POL ID, you could use a worldpass to make sure the new character you create on that account gets the same server.

A normal worldpass can be used multiple times. 10 I think. A gold worldpass costs more and can only be used once, but the players using it get special items at certain intervals after the character gets created. a normal worldpass has 5 or 6 uses (can't remember which), expires in 7 real days and its price depends on the server population.

a gold worldpass has 1 use, expires in 7 days, costs 1000 gil no matter the server population and can only be used for the first character you create. if you have any other characters active, a gold worldpass will not work for you.
