Want to play again, but need some help.

I stopped playing FFXI awhile ago. A bit before WoW came out I suppose, and I have been wanting to get back into it and have decided to finally do it. I am a little confused with getting signed up again, though. I am on PlayOnline trying to get everything going again, but I don't know how to get everything working. I can't find the english version of the manual and only have the French version to go by, and that's not any help at all, since I don't speak French.

Any step-by-step instructions someone could give me on how to reactivate everything and get this going again, if possible?

You're on the internet and can only find the french version of the manual? Or you somehow only have a hardcopy of the manual in french?
Either way try calling to 1-800 number. They should be able to hook you up.

I only have the hardcopy of the french version for some reason. >< I am asking here now, as the phone support isn't available right at this moment, so I figured I may be able to find a solution otherwise somehow.

Nevermind this. I figured it out! The trick, was that I had to find the English manual in order to get the PlayOnline ID and password that I had written in there. =P
