Blue glow around Avatars

Does anyone know how to remove them?

As far as I know, outside of a hex editor, nobody knows how. Even with a hex editor we don't know how, but it is possible. I managed to gt rid of the glow around a mod I made, but I'm still trying to isolate the code that does the glow on avatars. Anybody else figure something out I haven't stumbled across?
