Everyone has a different definition of hentai, but most people seem to believe that hentai is basically animated porn.

Basically if theres any sex (or sexual-liek acts), its hentai.

Nudity and near-nudity usually is just called ecchi.

At least thats my definiton.

i dont need to chip my PC, and sorry i dont have 56k so i cant tell you if its gonna lag ....well but it lags on my PC anyways ....i have such a bad graphic card (Geforce MX 2)
