You shouldn't need to ask for any dat you misplace - I'm not sure about the legality of posting SE's unmodified copyrighted material on the forums. I'm pretty sure it's a no-no.

Next time here's what you do (taken from burumakun's site):
1) Go to your FFXI directory and move Ftable.dat, patch2.cfg,patch.rst, patch.ver and Vtable.dat somewhere else.
2) Log in and POL should run a version up check and download the files you're missing.
3) Make sure you create backups next time. Much easier.
