I finished a Squall skin. If you guys want it i will post the dats. Its not 100% done but i don't mind other people imrpoving it.




Edited the jacket from another post here took for ever for me to get the texture right and edited the rock star pants.



known problems. - in the viewer, some shoes will make the pants dissapear. don;t know if it is a problem in game. Ihavn't tested it yet. well here it is.

I will release it, I won't tease you guys with it. but if someone would know the solotion on what is making the pants disappear when certain boots are equiped is. so i could fix it. I would be glad to release it. I just don't want to release something that is so bad... >.>

Wow, I leave it up for not even a day and already I start getting ripoffs. Please remove the jacket. I spent a hell of a lot of time on that, and to have it used and altered without permission pisses me off to the extreme.

Thank you. That being said, the pants are dissapearing because certain boot types... i.e. crimson leggings... are designed to cover the entire leg unless a certain type of pants are used. Given the description of your problem, either Slacks (Any type), Sitibaki (Any type), Slops (Any type), and Hakama (Any type) should be compatable with any type of boots without dissapearing.

I don't see the problem with modding modded dats.

Maybe it is because I don't do dats (because I'm not good at it, and don't have time to learn), or maybe just because as a "consumer" of dats, I just see more dats as more options for refreshing the game.


Think of it more as flattery than theft.

But since I wasn't interested in this current dat, I will leave the subject.

Well he spent alot of time on it. And I should of asked him before editing it,. and for that i apologize, when you put alot of work on something and someone takes it and edits it with out asking , it seems like they stole a peice of hard work the didn't earn ,if he ever gives me the ok i will post it back up.
