New to FFXI and Fenrir

Hello.

I just started playing, and I am looking around to see if there are any Linkshells, with people who still play the low levels :) , that would have me. I'm not looking for handouts or anything like that. I'm just looking for some people to hang out with - some people who will show me the ropes, and group up with me for quests, missions, etc.

There are always low level linkshells, as well as established ones looking for members.

Once you hit Valkurm Dunes and your first few parties, you'll receive no end of invites to Linkshells. Fenrir members seem very generous and willing to help others.
