Trying to Reactivate Account!

Ok my account got Deactivated since my Mom maxed out her Credit card and she didn't even tell me. So I logged in saying that my account was deactivated and asked me if I wanted to reactivate it, I said yes and I had to fill out the Credit Card info again. Well, My mom finally got a new credit card and I tried using it and it gives me one of these messages:

Please wait a few minutes and try again."


I've seriously triple checked my answers and they're correct. But I do have a blank space after the Zip code since I have no Idea what's that for. Some 4 digit number which I've never heard of.

If you are certain of the numbers, I don't see why it wouldn't work. The 4-digit number after the zip-code has nothing to do with it. I left it blank on mine when I registered and it worked just fine. The only thing I can think of is that the card you're trying to use might be invalid. I believe you need a Visa or Mastercard logo credit/debit card in order to play the game. If that's the case, you can just buy a Visa-logo gift card from a local shop.
