Can someone give me some facts, pros cons and stuff like that, make sure uve played it before ini pts and stuff...i just hate war so much, im sick of lvling it up and i like mnk, currently lvl 21 thf, just post stuff about thf/mnk, that would be sweet if there was a guide to it!

A couple of THFs I know have told me to either sub WAR or NIN and use Swords until Lv.33, or to sub MNK and go H2H. That it was a perfectly viable weapon choice, working just fine with Sneak Attack. However, you have no chance of Distortion, like you do with Sword. So I've been using Sword to level THF.

For me it doesn't matter either way. Both my Sword and Dagger skills are Lv.175+, and I have my H2H right around the cap for my THF25 if I decide to go H2H instead of Swords/Daggers.

yeah, ill keep my sword and dagger capped but atleast now i know thf/mnk is viable, ive just never seen someone do it.

It's been a while since I've seen it myself. Since everybody is in love with NIN sub. Heck I actually saw a THF66 sub WAR a while back. First time I'd seen that since about Lv.30. lol

NIN/THF... please do not do this. NIN's are tanks and without /WAR you have no voke.

My mate played Nin/Thf and kept hate somehow extremely well, after the patch tho Ive not seen him :)

ok, i just want a job that doesnt involve war, that isnt a mage, but its sucks for that ill have to wat until im lvl 30!!!

Lol, I'm sure NIN/THF isn't to bad once you are lv. 60+ when you can do SATA then you'll be like a THF........almost :worry:

THF/MNK is a viable solution to get you to 30.

However making combinations that don't involve WAR or WHM kinds makes for a bit of a difficult path. If you really don't want to do WAR you might be able to do NIN/MNK I guess, but you'll definatly need to blow a lot of money to improve your hate control abilities without WAR.

Later on though when you've got NIN leveled and THF leveled then you go probably go for THF/NIN, RNG/NIN, or DRK/THF (Though DRK/THF only gets good past like 60).

I'll be able to get nin to atleast lvl 26 with my current lvl 13 war as a sub, but after that, i am not going to look forward to warrior, maybe ill start a thread or look at some more stuff on the forum. thanks
