I would like to add pictures and designs into all of the FFT outfits that I have. I am trying to add ivalice flags, and other things like that to make them look upgraded yet...still authentic to the game.. Like making Izludes blank green Body Armor have an insignia from the deathcorps ...just little touch-ups like that ..I have looked all over these boards and while they are mentioned... noone has explained how to do this. Whats the easiest way to do this?...hopefully able to do this withOUT VRS

I told Jiangjunizzi to check the DBZ scouter when he was making a naruto Konoha-leaf headband. He got it to work and hasn't mentioned exactly how he did it.

Probably something simple if he got it done within 8hours after I posted that.

I take it you mean, how to do make gear that already has both sides to it ? if so then, VRS is the only way. but you would only have to simply Import, (if you left the default box to mirror it checked its in the FFX Installation path tab) then it will automaticaly mirror it.

If you don't want to mirror it, you uncheck that box in VRS, or just importing to meta by default (if the file is an orginal untouched FFXI dat) it will be un-mirrored.

Now..If your wanting to work on something, that has already been mirrored, Then there is only 1 thing you can do. If both sides are identical you could do this. Open it in VRS, Then just cut off the Left half of vertex's (make sure your viewing the front of armor when you do this first) You should easily beable to figure out where half is, Then just simply export. And then mod from there however you want.

I don't know if it matters which half you cut off probally not, but by default its always been the right half that was there, thats why I said cut off the left half
