This is my first mod. Took Stromgarde's Requiem and played around using simple MS Paint and followed Phabin's Tutorials. Basically, an engraved Requiem with a cut down the middle for looks. I probably won't change it until I learn to make it look more like a tuning fork, fix the 'empty shell' look of that cut, and combine parts from other weapons.

Sorry, Mithra only.

Edit: Made one without the blade tip, version 2.

Ok, this is the last one I do on the Requiem (Ran out of offense songs). I call it Elegy.

That Elegy sword looks like something you would get from say an NM kill in Al'Taieu. Nice work on both swords!

The reason why Stromgarde's sword was called "Requiem" is because he more or less "Ported" it by memory from the Fighting Game series Soul Calibur by Namco.

A man named Siegfried would wield it. Stromgarde sort of did it as an "Homage" to that, I
would think. Thus why he bothered to make the Dark version of it. "Soul Edge".

Good Swords nevertheless. I'm pleased. Very creative idea.

As for attack songs. What about Finale? Hahahaha

You could name any armor you make after support spells... Like "Mazurka" boots. "Carol"
Hat. "Ballad" Robe... etc

Just brainstorming again. Don't mind me.

Yeah, I see what you mean. I know he got it from Soul Calibur, but if you look up Requiem in a dictionary, it's a song that mourns someone's passing. In addition, so are Threnody and Elegy. I wasn't thinking about finale, but I'd like to keep the 'funeral' type names whenever I mod his sword.

I want to do armor in the future, but I will stick to a more normal rhyming scheme like mythology or foreign language. I already made some new weapons, but none of them come close to Elegy.

Here, see for yourself.

Well... Yeah. lol I know what Requiems, Threnodies, Elegys, Harmonies, Minuets, Cappricioes, Carols, Overtures, Preludes, Arias and stuff like that.

In any case, I think you did good. I look forward to more of your work.
