Xbox360 Beta setup help

Anyone has it? Need some help to pass the japanese name and address input parts..or does anyone has the screens of JP pol setup..cant find it anyway

this site do have the JP POL FOR PC set up etc but not sure if its the same as Xbox360.
You might want to take a look and maybe it will be a bit samilar or get some japanese word clue what your xbox pol is saying in the field
