please i need help urgentl :(

:cry:ive waited for so long to get FFXI i get it i have trouble installing, clean the disc, everything is fine installs go on play online do all that, i log in then it loads the after i loads all the mail and blah blah, it sits there loading the main page....... then i get an error, i took a SS.

PLZ HELP im going craz with everything playing up on me, ive tried re installing... adding the ports the manuel says to.... i dont know what else.....so yeah ...HELP:worry:

I checked he Upnp thing and made it enabled, and yeah i scared myself a lot of times getting this game going with errors installing, then that and some others... but at least its going now:D I think it might be because i have a router...
