Ive noticed u can be part of multiple ls's so i was wondering if there is going to be an official or unoficcial ffxionline.com one. Just an idea, but i think it would be pretty cool.

Interesting ... but a bit too ambitious :spin:. Remeber... the only reason importers stick together is because the japanese server is a big jungle. They need to get together for communication purpose. Besides once the NA version comes out we're all going to each different servers anyway.

Hmm well thats why its a good idea to get in a guildstyle link shell, and go ahead and get organized so once FFXI comes out over here, then you will already have lots of people to adventure with, not to mention the many people who will be playing also.

Hmm, I am going to join/start a real RPG link shell. I would like to be together with everyone, not only forum members.

A huge shell like this wouldn't be easy to organize, don't you think? Maybe it would be better then to form smaller groups on every server, which could visit each other?

You guys have to remember that your server is chosen at random. Sure you can buy a worldpass but if everyone is starting out at the same time, there's no way to get enough world passes to put everyone on the right server. I'd rather make a guild or ls after the game has started so there isn't any problem with people not being able to get on the server.

I think it's problematic to try to say where you hope to be at this point, when we don't even know how the whole server problem will work in the NA version yet. There may be an entirely new set of 'just NA' servers with the same (or different) names, and no transfer between JP and NA versions, or there could just be several new servers added to the existing pool, or many other possibilities. How can we who are waiting for the NA version say anything definite about server choices until we know for sure how this will play out? :confused:
