is it just me or are all the lvl 20-30 lvls always empty on diablos cuz wen im there with my party flag up theres nothing theres only ever about 20 ppl there all toghter want to no if its just me lol

ive been waiting in quifm for almost a week looking for a party just to raise me 1 lvl...

this is getting ridiculous

My guess is likely that is a result of so many people paying for a PowerLevel now so players around 20-30 don't tend to party or even use Qufim much anymore. Since they are getting PL'd they hardly even head to 20-30 areas, why waste time there if you can get what you need somewere else with less risk of dying and more exp.

Like I stated long ago though I think the PLing that WHMs do is bad.
