I don't know if this is the correct spot, I looked over the forums and this is the only one that made sense for my question. I also looked to page 4 and none of them had a topic name that seemd to relate. Sorry if I overlooked one..
Anyway Its not really big, atleast I don't think. But my screen doesn't seem as clear as the screenshots I've seen and NPC's and some characters along with some objects get covered in these white squares for a few moments and flash like that for like 3 seconds at a time. I've re-installed it and nothing has changed. I was wondering if anyone could help me, I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

assuming this is a pc version, try updating the driver for ur vid card. most of the time problem like this gets solved by that.
u can download them from the official websites of GPU makres;
NVIDIA: http://www.nvidia.com/content/drivers/drivers.asp
ATI: https://support.ati.com/
and in case this doesn't help, u should put ur pc specs here. without knowing what u have, there's little that we can do to help.

yo i get the same exact problem. I have reinstalled the game and video drivers. I have also deleted the registry inputs for both and i still get the same problem. Try using the recently released 79.xx drivers cause i noticed that this problem occured when i updated from the 80.xx drivers to the 81.95 drivers. I have not yet tested this but it should work.
