SOS: could someone help me

hello to anyone who cares if a lvl 9 RDM with no telepoints or warps gets back to windurst. on my long diffucult journey i ventured through up to outpost near mhaura but was revived and brought there by a lvl 37 WM and made my way to Mhuara ----Ship---> Selbina and made my way through Valkum Dunes with a lvl 15 Warrior and was left in La Theine Plateau to die and after waiting 55 minutes for a trustworthy paladin to raise me, but paladins cant raise (i didnt know) and after wasting 55 mins trying to get to sand'oria (i was returned and stuck in Mhuara->Selbina for a week.

after failing in making my way to Sand'oria from Windurst...

I Plead Someone Please help me!!! i need to get back to Windurst Please Help me!:worry::worry:

O_o; how about you avoid the mobs instead of running in their direction? the areas are pretty wide.

I never understood why new players start in one nation and then try to trek there low level character across several dangerous zones to get to another nation. Its practically suicide unless you have a lot of prism powders & silent oils or the assistance of characters strong enough to protect you while you journey there.

And then comes the problem you are now facing...find a way back home after you get stuck in a zone that you are unable to advance in.

It's not really that dificult to run around at a low level. There's plenty of room to avoid aggro in the zones you have to run around. The only exception is trying to get to Jueno. The zones around Jueno can be pretty crowded but it's still definitely doable.

i did a lot of travelling as a new, low level player.

if you're in valkrum, i say just seek party lol :biggrin: a 9 rdm can get a pt there just fine. xp there to like level 14 and you should be able to run anywhere no prob:thumbsup: you only need cure 1 to get to 14. you need only cure 2 to find a pt afterwards too.




if you are in sandoria, try shouting for help in south sandoria. just say "new player needs help getting to windhurst." if that doesnt work, buy a stack of prism powders and just walk :). if you need cash, get the money to buy the powders by selling fire crystals on the ah. get the crystals by levelling a new job in gelsba outpost if you need to (but don't go there before level 4). in fact, your level 9 rdm might still get crystals off the orcs and lizards there. gelsba outpost is found in the upper left-hand corner of the west ronfaure map.

if you don't have a map, the npc who sells maps is in north sandy. i forget her name, but it's an old lady standing outside.

i'm sure you'll do just fine. if all else fails, just pretend you're sandorian for awhile lol. when you're ready, head to dunes and xp like normal. remember to run BEHIND the orcs, as they aggro by sight. if one starts to chase you, just keep running. you can usually outrun them.:thumbsup:

is there any special reason why you need to get back to windy, or are you just trying to get home? if you're just trying to get home, i say just go to valkrum dunes and seek party. if you xp there to level 19 or so, then you can go anywhere you want. one prism powder should be more than enough to get you there (you wont even need a stack to get to dunes, just one)from sandy. there's a store that sells magic scrolls in port sandoria, and another one in selbina. make sure you bring a cure 2 scroll to dunes lol. i don't remember if the selbina npc sells those or not.

if that doesnt work come back luckily i have a char on Bahamut
