Can you tell me how to access this via POL? Thanks
Erm, you just uh, well if your used to POL viewer....as soon as you enter FFXI menu you'd have to get a new patch and uh....you see a new Taru Taru icon to the right...click on that. The left option is to quit, middle is to see a Square-Enix "video" and right is to enter the Jirat menu.

well this is this one shot on the exp video of an elvaan in black armor and has a sword. then i saw this shot of like 3 elvaans in black armor and the sword. anyone know anything about that? they weren't dressed as ninjas though.

damnit......I get dsl and its useless w/ out a good pic storage. STUPID PHOTOISLAND. I had over 100pics of the expansion......well if anyone knows a good pic storage server (50mb) thats free I'd be much obliged. Erm, sorry for the red Xs

those were NPCs, probably enemies.

Ermm, Elite, you said that those pics answer a lot of questions about the new job abilities ... well, could you uh, let us in on whatever's not painfully obvious from the pics? (Or is that all there is?) There are a lotta people just dying to know how these new classes work ... present company included ... :sweat:

Well just look at the pics... most of it is pretty obvious. For instance the Ninja in the pic has 300+ MP and its own group of spells.

So I see. It looks like Ninja/Mage combinations will be more than viable. :thumbsup: come to think of it, Dezoning after killing an enemy would be very Ninja-like ...
Dragoons have no MP, so that limits job combos there.
The Summoner has 500+ ... and it seemed to me (from the expansion video and pics) that summons are seperate entities on the battlefield that can be targeted.
I'm not sure I understand the pic where the Dragoon is fighting the Goblin and then in the next pic has vanished in a puff of purple smoke. Is it safe to assume she has Jumped? :confused:

no that was not jump that was a weaker form of it where the dragoon lets out its toxic anal gas that propells it just off the screen for about 10 feet of air:p
