big error plz help me !

Where i clik on log on ( top left buton, when it says in the guide that the patch's download will begin ) i got two kind of error :

1- It says something about my ID

2- It doesn't say something with my ID but come up with 0205 error, and show me 3 ip ... ( internet IP, router, and ISP i think )
and i can't do any choice.

It's saying your login/password are incorrect

yes but sometimes it works and then the second error comes up...
I don t know what to do ...
