are my evoker ring items toast?

I have attained 4 of the evoker ring items and have turned them into the NPC. The NPC says you can turn them all in, or do them one by one. However I recently did Fenrir and it still asks me if i want an anchient's key, is that a design flaw? or did the server fail to save my infromation that I turned in the ifrit, ramuh, shiva and fenrir Mamamia quest items to?

i would talk to the quest NPC and see what he says. no need to assume anything is broken unless you turn in the rest of the items and still don't get your ring

As soon as you turn the items in, you are able to choose them again. It's not neccessaryily a design flaw, its just the way the ex rewards are apparently. I did these one by one as well.

Thats cool. I only have Garuda and Ifrit to worry about.
