I know this has been asked 1000 times, but I haven't found anything on here to help. I had a JP account way back, fake address/name and all. The booklet I had my name/passes on is gone, and I ended up forgetting them. My card is still being charged (even after I changed the number!) and I was wondering if there was any way to get it cancelled. Far as I know, you need your address and such to get POL support, but I don't know which ones I used. Is there any hope, or doe S-E have my money forever?
I wanna make a new account, but I need that one to stop working first ;-;

the best way is to contact POL support and tell them ur situation, and w/ the credit card #, ur name, and billing address (u needed to register both mailing and billing address so u should be able to provide the latter), maybe they could stop the automatic monthly charging.
if they can't, u need to call ur credit card company, and tell them not to take any more pre-authorized charges from S-E. (or if not S-E, whatever the name that's showing up on the statement; i don't know what it is since i pay w/ prepaid online currency.) i don't know why the charge still went thru after u changed the cc number, but this should stop the automatic billing and results in the acct termination.
now, if u plan to make a new NA acct, that should be all u need to do, coz the merchant id should be different from that of JP acct, and stopping all further charges from S-E JAPAN shouldn't affect this. however, if u r making another JP acct, u'd probably need to get a replacement card w/ a different #. and if that's the case, also tell them to stop only the charges coming to the old # (in other words the one u have right now) and not the ones charged to the new one. i'm not sure if they allow this kinda thing, but this is the only possible option i could think of, coz they won't know which one to stop or authorize if it's coming from the same merchant.
nevertheless, u should start w/ telling them ur circumstance first, as they might be able to come up w/ better ideas.
good luck.

Shiyume,
Why don't you contact your credit card issuer and tell them your problem. They might be able to help resolve your problem.
