Final Fantasy Start Up Problem...

I purchased the game last night and began installing. After it downloaded the patches I went to start the game. The screen went black and then a windo popped up stating PlayOnline Viewer has enountered an error and needs to close.

I checked the PlayOnline Files and Final Fantasy XI files and they checked out fine within the wizard. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Did you restart after installing?

Try a restart, that useally fixes 90% of problems >.>
