Are the servers down or something of the sort.. *can't login with given ID*

I was able to get a POL id however its saying my ID is invalid. Does this mean I will be charged for an ID that does not work, or did I enter the info in incorrectly? I also noticed you cannot enter in your real id because everything goes in caps at the connecting screen not matter what. Thanks for any help given. Any place I can check if my account is valid? :confused:

is this ur first time logging on?

if it is i believe that second screen is where u put ur password...and if i remember correctly you have to create a content id or something liek that, but im not sure if its on that part u are on, or if it is actually on the ffxi menu~~~

im pretty sure its on the ffxi menu tho~

go and take a look at the ps2 setup guide, it is very similar

im not sure if u are paying for it yet, unless u only pay for it after u make a character on ffxi, but if u are that sux~

First one is your POL ID
Second is your POL password. Not your POL E-mail password. That is different. I think it may be saying you can't log in for 20 min.

The 3rd screen says you have made 3 failed login attempts. Please wait a while before logging in again.

Thanks for the fast response. Apparently I'm doing something wrong that I keep on repeating...

The picture below is the login info I was given.... I'm desperate now.. I need to login to play while I still have my free month. Don't want to waste it with this. If anybody can help me get this fixed I would be willing to pay for the service via paypal. If this continues I will end up losing money monthly and I don't want that happening. If im not mistaken, there is no free month. But anyway. You must still BUY THE ID!!!! that is just login info.

I do not remember it asking for the ID in that part, does this mean I have to go back and re-register with the given ID through the brown menu? I wonder why it didn't do it all at once. :|

Edit: It won't take the CD key. :/ D:!!! *dies* I also entered in my Credit Card info just to get that login id. So your saying I haven't been charged?

Edit II: Going back steps I noticed you do those after logging in through POL, obtaining patches etc. :/ *screwed* Though it will be good if your right about the payment thing. D:

You are done with the CD. On your SS #1 enter your ID from line 1 on the brown screen you posted. Your ID is ALL capitol leters. Enter line #2 from that screen to line #2 on your SS #2.
