Anyone Else In The Same Boat As Me?

I've been away from playing FFXl for nearly a whole month now, and I had my PC formatted recently too, (and bought a new Motherboard) so I had to reinstall a couple of games including FFXl.

I've really missed the time I have been away from it, and I would LOVE to get back into my character's routine again, but since reinstalling my game only 2-3 weeks ago, I've found the internet to be a bit of a pain in the backside, cause it's running quite slow, (it's been like this for over 2 weeks now, even on Broadband GRRRR!! :angry: ) and won't let me in to play FFXl. :( :worry: (I could only just about manage to do the new update a couple of days ago too, and that took about 3-4 hours to finish :( )

I'm just wondering if anyone else is in the same boat here, and cannot play FFXl for whatever reason. I would be interested to know, as I guess it would make me feel better about the situation, if I was to know that I wasn't the only one having a problem here.

Is it just FFXI you're having a problem with? If so, I wouldn't fret too much, Many people are having the problems.

I too have noticed a slow down in connection speed and also as of late - a lot of folks are DC'ing everywhere! I seem to see the dreaded red ball of death next to peoples names more than ever.

I feel your pain, i cant even get playonline to acsept to take my money, Grrr...
