Male Elvaan Armor requests.

I don't have anything specific, but I haven't found any site that has any armor (I mean heavy armor, not counting tunics and doublets) for male elvaan. If someone could point me in the direction of a site with them then that would be great, or better yet, if someone got bored and decided to make something by request that would be even better.

My main idea is taking the WAR AF armor, and covering up the areas in the body and legs that have the stomach and inner thighs exposed, adding pretty big shoulder on to it and maybe adding some nice gold or black designs onto the red plates just to make it look cool.

From what I've seen, males get the short end of the stick when it comes to custom armor. Most stuff you'll find is oriented around Mithras and Hume Females. Occasionally there will be an armor pieces others posted, but it is rare compared to Mithras and Hume Females. I haven't seen anything for Elvaan Males like you described, though I might've missed it on MMO Xoops or something.

Are there any particularly well-known people around on these boards for making custom armors? Even a unique skinning (I think that's the term, when you take an existing armor and modify just the exterior like color and such) of the AF body would be nice because it could cover up that ugly stomach.

I'm thinking about trying at this myself again, maybe I'll be a bit better at it this time around.

K, I did a really simple part to make the AF bearable...

And I started up on something to sorta customize the armor. It looks kind of cheesy and not very different, but as I said, it's just a start. Once I get a bit better with the shading, I intend to completely reskin the WAR AF armor.

Being a male War myself I tried to fix similar problems I had with the armor, namely the legs and boots.

First thing I did to fill out the leg armor was simple, I just used the Hume RSE1 pants skin and pasted an outline of the War af legs skin, minus the exposed legs, over it. Doing that made the armor go from this:

You can easily do the same thing to get rid of the middrift on War AFI body by pasting the outline of the armor, minus the exposed stomach, over the skin for the War AFII body

I also edited the feet a little bit to cover up the toes, cause I see no reason why a War needs to have opened toed shoes. But off hand I don't have any decent pics of that.
