personally i think it's cause we arent so strung up with making ppl we play with daily think we're "cool" or uber or w/e.

Hell if it starts a flame war, it'll bring some life to this board, so be warned for my next comment.

Killing Ifrit and Allakhazam Server forums are for trolls who cant express their opinions by sheer virtue of their skills, so they are instead forced to link to a bunch of heroic acts not completed by themselves, in the hopes that this evidence will prove the facts that they typed out, in hopes that someone other than their mothers would give a crud that they exist. It's just a pitiful existence of life where your only enjoyment is a game that can suck the life out of anyone (even those who "had" one before they hit lvl 30, such as myself ; ;) and going to forums for your server to discuss the latest scams.

"Omg! ASDF is a scammer! He stole my Scorp Harness +1!" "OMG" such and such. I get so sick of server specific forums and all their drama. They need to save that kind of shyte for their unbalanced, hotheaded and elitist linkshells and let those that came to the forum to communicate do so.

Fudge those guys, they can forum swim with other ppl who wouldnt give 5 shits if they saw them in-game, let alone party with ppl who constantly triumph their menial victories or bitch about their hours of LFG. I myself will continue to ignore the pitiful whines of those that are half the reason why I dont feel like playing this game half of the time.

I said it, its done. They dont have the moxie to do anything since no one comes to our boards any way :P

Now that I got that rant out of me, I can say that the easiest way for us to keep in touch is to have a common linkshell or something of that ilk. Possibly a static or something similar to that. We went over this b4 but never went through with it. Maybe its time we did?

Yeah, I used to see Zempt all the time around Cloth especially. Then he had the nerve to surpass me before Silk tripled in price. Now I'm still sucking it around lvl 53 with no motivation to lvl Cloth and he's all lvl 75 RDM and shyte.

Unfortunately being in a complete different timezone (and one which happens to be synchronous with JP time) I rarely meet any NA players when I'm online, and if I do they're usually tired as all hell and they have crappy performance/attitude.

@Wishmaster: I agree with your rant. We don't need drama, do we? I'm happy enough without people constantly bitching about who MPKed who, who stole who's expensive gear, who's 'wife' logged into who's account and nicked all their gear ...

Darn tootin! One reason why if at any time I have a significant other need to log on, I change the password to something generic, and monitor them, then change it back when they're done. Even my friends >< I just dont like the idea of someone running around with Renarudo, casting spells and giving out free PLs without my consent XD

Now, this community is a bit backwards, because despite the fact that a large majority of the server forums are essentially "dead" (at least. . . I hope its not just Gilgy), all our other forums are vibrant due to new ideas being thrown around.

Of course, I only really speak for the forums I go to. I wouldnt recognize any of the "Asshats" that exist on our forum if you asked me to pick em out from a line-up. You can blame Apple Pie and everyone else for constantly making me stick to the Red Mage forum and not going elsewhere XD

I want to max out PLD so bad and then start another job, I'm thinking maybe RDM or BLM. My RDM is lvl 1 and my BLM is lvl 40. So I really dont know what I want to do yet. But at the moment I dont think I have any jobs in the 30's that I want to lvl. I finally got WAR to 37, never have to touch that again, thank god!

But yeah, I'm on Mountain Time. I play mostly from 4 pm to 10 pm all week and I'm pretty much online all weekend. So just hit me with a /befriend.

Today was a hella good day, logged in, checked my delivery box. SWEET! My espadon +1 sold! 450k thanks! Now i had enough gil to buy my adaman set. So i spent 2.5 mil on that shit. Now im all set for end game. then i went and XP'd got 30,000 experience poits today... so damn nice. made 72. And I should make 73 tomorrow if i get a good pt or 2. Then no more dumb AF.

I love the way it looks, but it got boring, been wearing the whole set for damn 12 lvls now. I wanna look different.

but yeah, Zempten, im Serantos in game. Hit me with a /befriend. Ill be online all day tomorrow and most of the day monday.

Nuuu, Paladin AF isn't dumb. At least it looks serene, and has good stats as well. I always envision purple transformers whenever I see a full Adaman equipped Paladin run by. Hehe. :biggrin:

Nah, the stats are great on the AF set. But I've just been wearing it for SO LONG! I was excied to have new gear. I want to get the whole set of AFv2. and be like Gbf. That Galka is a GOD. I want that gear so bad, but unfortunatly I haven't been to Dynamis runs yet, nor have I done any god battles, waiting for my Linkshell to be prepared.. should be a couple more weeks I suppose.

Hehe, when you want to look at godly tank gear, look at Mcdohl, he is 4/5 on Koenig, he just needs the feet I think.

But yeah, GBF looks very good in full Valor.

Well, My LS is mostly RDM. We have a TON of HL RDM. Red Mage is something I'd like to level, but I Want to do some damage. Not magic related either. I was thinking wither DRK or SAM. But SAM obviously get a lot more invites than DRK. So I'll try my hand at SAM. but I'd love to level RDM. Nows just not the time.

hmmm, i'm taking WAR to 37. I'm eager to take NIN to 37 after that. I already have WHM and BLM at 35, and with those 4 jobs at 37, i'm free to level anything I want.

I'm gonna get SMN and BRD to 37 before I focus on meleeing, but i'm eager to try PLD to at least AF level ^^. Stop scaring me!

Well, no farming or leveling for me a while. Trying to do a THF test. I started yesterday and well am only 1/3 done and the bad thing is I think I found a flaw in my testing. It's really a really slow test because no one wants to spend 6 to 8 hrs with me testing but my wife. Not to mention she has to sleep the mob and then get behind the mob before I SATA onto her rather then having another person *sigh*

Telling you guys first, but when my moms credit card runs out at the end of August, it is highly unlikely that I will continue the game. I enjoyed meeting you all, but with college coming up, and me being on vacation for a week w/o FFXI, I noticed that I didnt really miss the game and that there were a ton of things to do aside from playing Final Fantasy XI.

Just my thoughts, I may keep Renarudo around somewhere, ever ready to take on a new challange, but at the moment, I dont feel like playing anymore.
