Invite Rate?

Im lvl 41 now, and I havent gotten an invite in 3 days.
Does it get better? the people ive asked said Ill need to make my own parties till 70. Nut there are never any Tanks seeking.

Not true, even though I dotn know you personally You wont need to make parties til 70.

Iwill say this NA players are harder on Summoners than most other players. Especially if you dont have a certain purple mutt.
There are also players that will try to gimp you into being the WHM of the group when you had other ideas.

Reputation is also a good indicator the more people that knwo you and know the type of player you are will invite you faster than the average groups.

I dont even turn my flag on anymore I just set a comment and go about my business.
There are some That will invite based purely off Rep and what they heard from People youve PT'ed with before.

off peak JST, During peak JST about 10-15.

Dah, Every party I've been in has told me I was one of the best summoners they ever had. And I never have a problem doing any job in the party. So long as it works and I get exp Im happy.

And yet, i'm still spending days seeking, oh well, i'm sure it's just some bad luck.

hmm probably it's because people feel more comfortable PTing with a player they know. Like me, if there's my friend seeking i'll get them first. Secondly would be the name I remember from my previous PT. They don't have to be the best, as long as they are not recognize as "bad" for me.

Haven't lead any PT post 70 yet so I don't really know much up there. But before 70 I expect SMN to toss in some support avatar spells and heal for the rest. And most SMN lived up to their expectations. They are the fastest to cure status effects normally.

i dont want to say it but.." try makin your own pts for a few sessions." get your name out there that you are a good smn. also note that right now. your prob takin a back seat to whm, an to rdm an there newly learned refresh.

my advice is to stick it out. i know there were days where my ninja never got an invite, an makin pts was next to impossible, days where you would /sea all tanks, an 22 would come up in your lvl range.. then other days i was getting crazy exp. an i have heard the comments of how good i was. or how much better i was then the last guy. but most times those who said it. arent the ones building the pts, or bothing to look yo up either. :(

I'm too damned lazy to make my own PTs. Every once in a great while if I can CLEARLY see that there's a perfect PT sitting around with their lights on, waiting for someone to ask them to all get together, I'll do it. But the mood has to really move me.

That said, I've noticed that there seem to be fads and trends in the invites situation. I took a short break from leveling at 70 to get my evoker's ring and get some other stuff in order, and for awhile I'd get invites like crazy when I had no search comment and no flag up. I went through levels where being a SMN was a lot like being a RDM, where you could expect an invite in 5 minutes or less once you set your comment and put up your flag.

And now I'm at a point again where I'm having difficulty getting invites again. I know this will pass, so I'm not worried. It seems like people latch onto certain jobs for a couple weeks, then get bored with those jobs and latch onto other ones for awhile. SMN will never be as necessary to a PT as a tank or someone who can regenerate MP, but will also never be a job that your average person feels is useless to the team.

I have found Summoner pretty easy to get pt's with so far atm I am lv 36 with Fenrir. I noticed more NA players want SMN with Fenrir though. I put my search comment as

Fenrir: /Yes
Experience Points: Yes Please
Backup Healing: /Yes

and then I just craft till I get a invite. Also take some juices on your Bazaar if you craft them because they sell fast in partys especialy to WHM and BLM
