Summoner for the win

I have gotten Summoner to lvl 35, after lvling all my other jobs to 20-30 I decided to try summoner, and it is the coolest job ever. I fully intend to take it to 75 before anything else.

I tried lvling black mage or bard first, soI could get fenrir before lvling any farther, but neither of the jobs is fun enough for me to do that.

So I be asking, what is the minimum amount of gil I should offer to leech it in a 5 70+ summoner party?

and if there are any summoners willing to help a low lvlon bahamut, Id be very thankful.

100k each is a fair price... 200 might make finding people easier, though.

if youre lucky 5 of them might do it for free.

if you really want it done, offer 50k to 100k and they will probably drop what they are doing to help. be sure to give everyne a free yagudo drink too :P

you dont NEED fenrir at that level , but I understand the "completeness" factor or peer pressure may incline you to do it. But 500k is good price for it.
Im a merc on Ramuh and will only take friends and people over 65 for Dog runs.

but some 70+ summoner swill do it for 100kx5

Out of curiousity, what is it that SMN are able to do to Fenrir at 70+? Is it the blood pacts, or the 2 hr that make them so powerful? Are 5 70+ avatars just too much for Fenrir to handle?

Guess I'm just wondering what the strategy is, if anyone can tell me.

correct, Ive beaten fenrir with 3 70+ summoners myself as one.

he has about 10k hp, leviathan hits for 800. that means you can kill him with 5 summoners in a few minutes, and he never agros the casters, only leviathan.

first 10 seconds, 4000 damage
next minute, 4000 damage (he will astral flow and kill some of them off, resummon fast)
3rd minute, 4000 damage, win.

with 4 summoners it obviously takes longer, but it's still low risk. 3 summoners would be doable but you can't make any mistakes. 2 summoners, i think leviathans would die too fast and he would come kill you before you could recast

correct with 3 Summoners we used fenrir+ pluto staff and yag drinks and Pamama Au lait for the occasional bite from the dog
we had a whm, blm and rdm there for refresh, raiseIII and that last stun from the blm at the endgame.

I suggest, if you have it, wear your AF1 Pants and Af2 gloves. for better accuracy from your avatars.

fenrir has high evasion .

our steps were leviathan to open
Leviathan in the middle .
run to rdm for refresh before avatar died.
BLM stunned him at his 2 hr Fenrir'll just sit there glowing.

RUN AWAY cuz his 2 hr will still go off just after stun wears off and will be MUCH weaker.

Summon 3x fenrir, Eclipse bite X3 = win

The key is for the blm to stun at his SP or you will lose if even 1 summoner dies.
i think a level 60 BLM's stun will still hurt it as long as he seals then stuns.
