Maps Connection question

anyone have a link to a web page where it shows the connector maps? I cant seem to find it anywhere. What i mean is something that shows me for example to get to the Dunes from SanDoria i need to go Sandy-->West Ronf.-->La Theine-->Valk. Dunes. I had one bookmarked but that site isnt around anymore I guess :confused: thanks!
