Downloaded Update, Now I Cannot Connect! Help Needed!!!!!!!

I downloaded a update for FFXI today and now i cannot connect to FFXI.
I get the play online viewer on but when i connect it doesn't. It say ERROR CODE POL-0206 NETWORK PROBLEMS.
Also the UPnP PORTMAP setting had been disabled. I am now enabled it but i have to enter the proxy server address, port, security proxy, port. I don't know what these are!#
Can someone please help me as soon as possible. Thank you in advance.

So it is the server then? Thank god i thought i knacked it up. It is probably due to the DDos that was going on!
