Whats the best subclass for an elven ranger?

I've heard that samurai makes a great sub with all the extra tp, but what is really the best choice?

/WAR if you want more damage, as an elvaan you shouldn't really need that.

/SAM lets you do more weapon skills but it really only effective once you can meditate.

The best and most used option is /NIN. This will let you duel wield weapons for more +R.Acc or +R.Attack. The biggest downside here is that it can be quite expencive to level both jobs.

Most RNG sub WAR or NIN...with the majority using NIN most of the time.

Like mentioned, you get Dual Wield, which lets you have a second weapon for stats. You also get Utsusemi to blink away hits for when you inevitably pull hate (or for pulling mobs to camp). 74+ it's not uncommon to see RNG parties with no tank, just all blasting away with a couple support jobs there to keep things flowing. Very good XP >_>

WAR will actually give you higher damage, but unfortunately RNG are rather squishy and do enough damage already.

SAM isn't really needed for TP. RNG already tend to be one of the fastest DD in gaining TP.
