Ffxi Guides? Where Can I Find Them? Help Needed!!!

I need help on a lot of missions and quests as i am a first time player! ai have got the hang of it but it is still hard. Can anyone recommend where i can find info on completing missions/quests/levelling/equipment etc? I have had a look at gamesfaqs but not that good!
