Wow nice. I still haven't had that ever happen to me yet.
I've had mobs do double-sic before too. Last night I was farming Desert Spiders in west altep, using Tulwar Scorpion as a pet. At one point it used Cold Breath one right after the other. I cant be 100% sure, but I think it's TP at the time was around the same as what yours was in that screen shot. Maybe the mob's TP has something to do with the bug.

I've had this done before, but never with a Cactuar pet, I had a leech for a pet (go Squishies :biggrin: ) do sand breath and regeneration at the same time, put a big grin on my face after that:handsdown
Too lazy to test this out, but I think this is what you need to do.
You have to use Sic on your first mob, basically, right when the mob is dead (maybe in mid-attack).
Wait for sic cooldown.
Use Sic for the 2nd time on the 2nd mob. Should kick in twce.
If this doesn't work, oopsie ^^;

That right there doesn't make sense at all, because on that pic the pet used 1000 Needles twice in a row! I think it's the usage of 2 macros and timing/TP theory. Who knows :/
Well, using Sic on your 1st mob. But your pet won't use sic, if the mob dies when you use sic. So, you technically used sic, but your pet still has the TP.
The 2nd time using sic, your pet spits it out twice.

If you look at the pic it shows that he just told his pet to fight the mob, then right after used Sic. Jaby could be right, but i cant test it because i dont have BST high enough >< I just look at these forums because I'm trying to decide between WAR and BST for my next job.

You can probably do both, depending on your mood. :)
BST use gears almost identical to WAR when meleeing.
