Comming back to FFXI, who!?

Who is comming back to FFXI or came back a few weeks ago after playing wow and found it to be not as good as FFXI? Or just anything else,like Eq2?

Anyway i just found it to be many "Why so many leaving" posts and i know that lots of people are comming back so :D

Who is back or will be back? I am comming back with one IRL friend that also played fFXI and now WoW and a new WoW friend who thinks FFXI sounds like a great game.

Yes I admit, I left for WoW... twice. But I'm over WoW, there's just not enough friendly people (and friends of mine) on there - I also have other reasons, but i won't state them.

Deathstriker was from UBRS, Rend Encounter ._.; Now named Felstriker but thats a differnt issue.

Personally, ive somewhat returned to FFXI while still playing WoW.

I'm returning, thanks to the new return campagin.

I never intended to leave (hehe read my post, its all tehre: http://www.ffxionline.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=52283 ). played SWG >< and still have active account on EQ2, but i'm rpetty much waiting until i can come back to FFXI. would've come back MUCH sooner if i woulda known they pretty much didn't delete my character. but seriously, read my post, i explain it there.

Also, my RL friend is coming back to FFXI to.

the forced grouping that FFXI makes you do, can actually cause you to meet people! I got through SWG and EQ2 without meeting more than a couple people (haven't even joined a guild in EQ2, and only joined one in SWG cause it was a rival of my friends guild).

I'll never quit FFXI. Why?

Well if I'm working so hard to get to 75 with even one job, I can never let it go to waste. I'll be here til the servers shut down for good.

Here's a breakdown of things I've done so far-

- One path away from Chapter 6 on COP
- 2 fights away from finishing ROZ
- All AF (can be very daunting)
- Rank 10 San d'Oria
- Tons of maps

It'd be stupid for me to quit, specially after I beat Maat. He alone will make me stay with FFXI for the long haul just cause RDM don't have it too easy with him.

i left FFXI last summer, then i decided to try WoW i only played it for like 3 months and bored me quickly. now im coming back to FFXI next week.
