My bride-to-be and myself are going to be getting married soon. I have a small problem though - I have no idea what to wear. I'm a Galka Monk, and obviously I'm not going to wear my AF. I need to figure out something as my Elvaan Princess is going to be looking great in her Opaline set. Help me out! What do grooms wear to weddings?

Not wearing your AF!!? I think Monk AF is very elegant! Now Rdm AF would give the wedding an entirely different flavor.....LOL Wear the AF, I'm a woman and I think it will look very nice.

Do you have any other jobs lvled up that can wear different sets of armor? Maybe something that would make you feel more comfortable?

You'd have to level another job pretty high to get some cool looking gear (ie AF sets). Personally, if youre a monk you should be happy with something that represents what you are, and go in AF. Even if monk AF isn't 'weddingish' she probably wouldn't mind. ;x

Garish armor (its a set) looks pretty nice, I think. Although... its red, I dunno if you wanna wear that for weddings. =p

But yea, the armor introduced by CoP is pretty fancily designed if you want to look at them. Garish is like, for hangout purposes only too. lol

I really don't think she would mind if you wore your Monk AF. Now if you came with a bunch of mismatched armor, she might have a thing or two to say! LOL

As far as red armor.....well it is a fantasy game but red is not appropriate for a wedding usually irl. I went to one wedding with red, it was on Valentines Day. But the bride told me at the gift opening the next week, that she would never do that again. She heard so many prostitute jokes and insinuations it made her cry. So if you go with red, definately check with the bride first.

Hmm I plan on getting married also but the thing is that my "bride-to-be" is a lvl 30 THF and im only Lvl 22 do you all think i should wait til im 30 and get same gear as her (Noct Set)? :confused:

I believe you either get rings from buying the wedding ceremony or you can purchase them when you pay for the ceremony. But yes you can get rings, I'm just not sure how it works.

I don't know if you have the wedding date set already or not, but I heard that getting one is a royal pain. So if you haven't gotten a date set with SE yet, then you'll have time to lvl up and be able to get the Noct Gear for sure.

Red is a clothing worn by people getting married that are chinese ^^ Its proper wedding attire.

LOL In a fantasy world, anything is proper wedding attire! But in the real world, some cultures frown on the color red for certain occasions, weddings being one of them. I was married on Valentine's Day and I tossed around the thought of red attire for my wedding pt. My mother put the kibosh on that! LOL So burgundy it was!
