Ifrit's Cauldron?

Does anyone have the directions to Ifrit's Cauldron from Kazham? I spent about an hour looking but could not find it. I did however find this plateau-like thing where I was on the higher level but could not get to the lower level where I think Ifrit's Cauldron is. Thanks!

I'm assuming you tried to enter Ifrits from Yuhtunga Jungle, which is not possible. Its a 1-way drop off coming out of Ifrits in Yuhtunga. To get to the entrance you should go to the entrance of Yhoatar Jungle(assuming you know the way...) The path is pretty straightforward, here's a map with it outlined:

A Teleport-Yhoat will drop you off at (F-9). It is then very simple to run to Ifirits Cauldron.

Additionally there is 2 entrances to Ifirits Cauldron, the first as indicated on the map at (I-5) and a second at (G-6) so if you are after somewhere specific you are best working out which entrance is closest and going to the correct entrance

You will also need a fair few Ice Clusters if you wish to move freely and quickly about the zone and lots of Silent Oils and Prism Powders (2 stacks of each to be safe) as bombs agro to magic from a long way.

Do not understimate their magic agro range, if you too it will probably be a fatal mistake. As WHM I cast Reraise on myself thinking I could raise myself after. However each time I raised myself the bombs came running right back at me as they detected the Reraise and I ended up dying twice loosing even more EXP than if I had just HP'd.
