Fenrir Fight >_<

I would really like to know if the Moon phase really makes Fenrir stonger or not cause i just did Fenrir tonight 3 times and this is how it went (moon phase was Full Moon 90%)

- nin provokes;
fenrir double hits-
NIN HAS BEEN DEFEATED
-Fenrir Ready Eclipes bite-
RNG HAS BEEN DEFEATED
::the rest including me escape::

it went a little smooth then
-Fenrir uses Lundar cry-
the nin was casting when he saw this so it would cancel out and he would still have shadows but it was to fast for him

after all of this we decide to try again on a 0% New Moon on Lightsday

Pt set up was NIN,RNG,BRD,WHM,BLM,DRK

so was it the moon phase or just REALLY bad luck?
