THF/NIN in a Duel

Coupla questions....

1) How effective are our ninjutsu debuffs when capped? Do they stick often, and for how long?

2) I've heard of equipment change penalties, are these for all equipment or just the ones that cause you to blink out of existence for the graphical change?

3) Can we use Hide and then Sneak Attack from any direction?

1) how well can a WAR/RDM debuff? i dont think they stick that well, but then again i've never bothered trying.

2)Only equipment change i know you are not penalized for in ballista is ammo change. I think all other gear swapping is penalized.

if u use tonko can u also use sneak from any direction?

I'm pretty sure that's a Negative, although it would make sense flavorwise(and make THF/NIN significantly better in Ballista). I believe the SA-from-any-direction is a modifier granted by Hide, not from merely being invisible.
