Question about Cure Macro's

Hello.

now i use Cure macros like /ma "Cure II" <me> but i also know you can use /ma "Cure II" <stpc>

so far im only level 40 and the way i do it has worked alright. but what about the next 35 levels.. would it be smarter to use <stpc>? and if the WHM falls asleep is it my task as a pld to cast a cure on the whm in a party?

I dropped the Cure <me> a long time ago and replaced it with <st> or <stpc>. I generally heal myself during fights but there are instances due to AE's or other situations that I will toss a heal to party members instead. On some xp mobs you'll find you're almost permanently fully healed so you're grateful of a rdm converting or a drk using souleater in order to gain a little extra hate by healing someone for a sizeable chunk. There's little point casting Cure III or IV on yourself to gain hate when all it's doing is healing 35hps.
