Haha, yeah, the drops really did suck. But the fight was sure fun, especially when it goes crazy. The fight was really intense when it started spamming. It was a lot of fun. Cheers.

The fight was 2 hours and 8 minutes from the time we engage to the time he died.

We left Fenrir and migrated to Hades but yea 95% of us are from Fenrir. :sweat: :)

Tiamat is not hard until a certain point. It is just you have to make it to that point and then live ; ;

It was one of the best fights for me in the game, and this is considering I fought Kirin, KB, Nidhogg. Apsi I watched lol and it seems just like Adaman. I like these new dragons. DEATH TO THEM ALL!!!!!!

Yeah we had about 40-44 people and it took around 2 hours. One of the funny parts is that when its night time the Arch Corses pop ><. Those would usually charm some people hehe. We're going for Jormungand at the end of the week ^^

Can I ask what role the BST played? I saw one in AF in the group pic as well as that charmed Antlion. Was the BST relegated to aggro spawn patrol or did they get their licks in on Tiamat?

I know of many BSTs that have participated in HNM fights and just wondering what role they would play in this one.

Tracker Antlions don't aggro and this BST actually played the role of attacking Tiamat. The Tracker Antlion was doing average damage of the RNGs with guns. Sometimes lower DMG than the RNGs but sometimes higher as well. And it was also kind of nice in the rare situation where Firaga3 didn't get stunned, it was still divided up by even more thanks to the antlion.

I think the whole reason the drops were so crap was because SE didn't think anyone would beat it so quickly >_> You watch, next time it will drop some awsome Kote or something =P

My LS beat it 2 days ago, we had about 26 members. It took about 5 hours after preparing. The outside members took care of the aggro stuff, only one of them was a BST.

It was one of the best fights for me in the game, and this is considering I fought Kirin, KB, Nidhogg.
I agree because the dragons have so much offensive power and the area is dangerous. It makes things more harder than the others.

The area around wasn't so bad. On first look, it looks like you could get all this Arch Corse aggro and Elemental Aggro. But really, only like 2 Arch Corses can aggro and one of the two never goes close to the area. I think two air elementals come, too, but they're not bad as long as they just don't pop out and start casting aeroga3 on the tanks before anyone can notice.

Tiamat definately had a lot of damage output. Unlike Kirin, the tank couldn't just run away from it all. Especially mighty strikes triple attacks, those weren't fun. The constant AE damage when he went crazy and his melee damage also seemed to be stronger, the fight got really interesting. All in all, pretty decent fight. :)
