Fishing in Latheine?

I know there's a place you can skill up fishing in latheine from lvl 20-30 using frog lure but I can't seem to find it..... anyone know where's the <pos> on this thing? ._.

I'm sorry if this isnt right but I am thinking the little ponds way south in La Thienne:sweat:

I dont know exact <pos> but if you look at map they will be far south ( the 2 little bodies of water)

L-10 Farthest little pond southeast corner. You'll know your in the right spot if you see some crabs, worms, Goblin Fisher, and the occassional waterelemental.
