reactivating question

well i stop playing for like 2 months now...and i want to reactive my account but now i found out i lost my CD KEY for it..i reactive befor once, so i know that after stop playing for a few months you need to enter the cd key again..i was just wondering how do i get a new cd key if i lose one..do i have to pay? and also will they deleted my char after 3 months? thx ;)

I'm guessing you lost your registration key? I tried calling SE for them, and they say that they don't give them out. They said the only solution is to get a new copy for new registration keys. :T ...

Not sure how that works for reactivating accounts, though. My understanding would be the new registration key gets bound to your account...

Update: Well, I just reactivated today, and your registration keys aren't required. You only need them in order to purchase new content ID's. In order to reactivate, all you need is your POL ID/pw.

one more question..if i forgot my POL id what do i do? lol do i call them to get it back or somthing? because mines is like weird...VERY hard to remember -_- so gay...anyways help me out please! thx ^^

I had to reinstall and i forgot my ID and password too, i called them up and they asked for some credit card info and then they gave me them. I got the number somewhere off playonline.com.

hmmm well the credit card i used was my mom's credit card(i'm not 18 yet -_- mom wont get me one..lol) is there any other info i can give to them? and btw i forgot..when i reactivate do i need to insert the billing adress cc numb and things to get it working again? because then i gotta wait till my mom gets home ; ;..and also i type in the RIGHT one i am sure of it..because i just remember calling them and thinking of what it was and i thought this is it..is there a chance that they DELETED my POL ID? so it says incorrect ID and things? ; ; help please!

just one more question...the first time i stop playing, i stop for 2 month then play again..the 2nd time i stop playing for 1 month..do they count that as 3 month and deleted my account? because now i try on the site to log in with my mail adress(thank god i saved it on hotmail) but it didnt work!! what is going on..

Yeah, it's not my credit card either. They asked to talk to the card holder, i just heard what they were talking about. And no, you don't need anymore information once you get your ID and passwod. About deleting.. eh.. i don't know, i was only off for a few weeks.
