we all know what shell does...it makes our spells do pathetic damage. my friend was asking me if shell affects resists for enfeebling spells...and i had no idea what to tell him. i have anecdotal evidence of enfeebles getting resisted more often while shell is up, but nothing concrete. anybody here know for sure?
