Content ID

yea once again another problem. I goto the Content ID and sign up the number and shit then i go back to the FF XI screen and press play then it gives me this message can anyone explain:

sorry for everything just trying to hook my friend up

The message says:
The indicated content is not found.
You need install software complient with PlayOnline Viewer.

I presume you have not installed FFXI after installing Play Online Viewer. Please install all of the necessary CD-ROMs.

yea thanks, we ended up installing FF XI (luckly) because it wasn't under the programs list and then it was updating... hopefully he can do the rest without me.
