ok so my friend finally got a USED copy of FF XI. The problem is when we type in the key (4 digit/5 slots) it says something and sends me back. My guess is that it is already being used. The person who sent it to him did leave his play online ID and password and E-mail addy and pass but were not sure how to get in/put in his own information and stuff. I helped when I had a japanese friend to install it for me. If anyone can help that would be great.

i think you need to log in with his ID if he hasn't cancelled it. And then either cancel his old ID or change the billing information.

yea im in and made a new user, but i have no idea where to go to change billing info. After signing in i got this screen does anyone know what it says?

nevermind i got that, it is the password for my account. but if anyone knows how to change billing info tell me. Yes I have seen the tutorials but it doesn't tell me how to get to that screen.
